Our advisors are independent professionals who have built their clientele on a strong foundation of one-on-one relationships. Worldsource Financial Management advisors work with each individual client to understand personal financial goals, develop sound financial strategies and create a plan to obtain results. Plans are created to meet investor needs whether those needs call for capital appreciation, income or both. Many advisors are insurance professionals and are certified financial planners or hold a similar designation.

Mutual Fund Dealership

Today, over 800 independent mutual fund advisors channel mutual fund transactions through our dealership, Worldsource Financial Management Inc.

A mutual fund dealer is a company that provides the trading compliance and administration of mutual fund transactions. Regulations require that all mutual fund purchases be provided through a mutual fund dealer. We have a compliance team on staff to deal with all regulators and the major fund companies to ensure that transactions and services provided are compliant with the regulations of these governing bodies.

However, as we continue to set the highest ethical standards for ourselves, operating with confidentiality and integrity, we offer more than just compliance. Worldsource Financial Management provides proactive training, operations and sales support, technically advanced business management and planning tools to benefit both advisors and investors. As well, mutual fund advisors have access to a full suite of securities through Worldsource Securities.

Lisa Fong - Administrative Clerk (Trade Processing Clerk)

Lisa joined Perler Financial Group in February 2010 as an Administrative Clerk (Trade Processing Clerk).

Her educational background includes Accounting and Business; she has an Accounting Management Diploma and a General Business Diploma. Prior to her employment at Perler Financial Group, Lisa worked for a Financial Institution for over 7 years as a Customer Service Representative. She also has over 4 years of accounting experience.

As the Administrative Clerk (Trade Processor), she processes all mutual fund transactions whether it be a purchase, redemption, switch, etc. Her other roles include reception relief and additional administrative responsibilities. She is a hard worker, is extremely organized, very detail oriented, and has a very pleasant demeanour, which makes her a valuable member of the Perler Financial team.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys travelling, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
