Today, over 800 independent mutual fund advisors channel mutual fund transactions through our dealership, Worldsource Financial Management Inc.
A mutual fund dealer is a company that provides the trading compliance and administration of mutual fund transactions. Regulations require that all mutual fund purchases be provided through a mutual fund dealer. We have a compliance team on staff to deal with all regulators and the major fund companies to ensure that transactions and services provided are compliant with the regulations of these governing bodies.
However, as we continue to set the highest ethical standards for ourselves, operating with confidentiality and integrity, we offer more than just compliance. Worldsource Financial Management provides proactive training, operations and sales support, technically advanced business management and planning tools to benefit both advisors and investors. As well, mutual fund advisors have access to a full suite of securities through Worldsource Securities.

Mr. Harry Perler has over 20 years of Business Management behind his name, with the majority of those years working in the financial planning industry. Approximately 10 years ago, Harry had started his own Financial Planning firm, Perler Financial Group. Together with his wife & business partner, Anita Perler, Harry had built one of the most predominant Financial Planning firms in the TriCity area.
As part founder of Perler Financial Group Inc., Anita Perler brings forth her business education and more than 20 years experience in the financial industry. Her role of Chief Operating Officer, involves corporate relations, in addition to the coordination and supervision of the overall operations of the firm. Her particular leadership, organizational skills and precision to detail contributes to the smooth efficiency of the day to day operations for Perler Financial Group Inc.
Marek's Master's degree in business has provided him with the initial and solid base in the financial industry. The combination of his education, experience and precision to detail is a great attribute when he is designing a personal plan catering specifically to his clients' needs.
Jeremy lives in Heritage Mountain with his wife, Kristy, who is a teacher in the district, and their three kids: Jacob, Madeline, and Jordan. Jeremy is actively involved in the community as a soccer coach, youth sponsor, and active member of his church.
Fraser McDowell has over 12 years industry experience and is a Certified Financial Planner and graduate of the Canadian Securities Course. He has always strived to put the needs of the client ahead of any individual product. Taking a planning approach to the relationship rather than a sales approach all aspects of a client’s financial picture are addressed.
Jennifer Maier is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) who has earned her designation through 10 years of education and experience in the financial industry. 
Born and raised in Vancouver, Craig graduated from the University of British Columbia and British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Carissa has been working in the financial planning industry for the past four years. She is an associate at Perler Financial Group. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University, as well as other certification in the industry. Carissa’s mentor and senior advisor is Jeremy Low; one of the top advisors at Worldsource Financial Mgt.
Leslie joined Perler Financial Group Inc. in March 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. Although she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Leslie is highly interested in the financial industry. Before joining the Perler team, Leslie worked in the hospitality industry, where she learned the importance of multi-tasking and working effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Josephine Chai joined our firm in July 2002 as Executive Assistant to Senior Partner, Harry Perler, with over a decade of experience in business administration. Her combined education and previous experience will provide the executive office with a reinforced level of excellence and efficiency within Perler Financial Group.
Marina has been working with Fraser assisting in client satisfaction and trouble-shooting since 1996. She grew up and was educated in Calgary and learned the office environment early. She traveled extensively in the 80's which included living in Australia for 4 years. She worked for presidents and CEO's in various office environments.
Stefanie joined Perler Financial Group Inc. in August 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. With her she has brought 10 years experience in customer driven environments.
Donald has been in the Financial Planning industry since 1988. His dedication to building relationships with his clients provides personalized quality service that is beyond most expectations.
Jocelyn Postler has recently joined our team, from Vancouver Worldsource Financial Management. Jocelyn has worked as a Mutual Fund Administrator as well as a Compensation Specialist for the last 9 years.
