Iván Vázquez, CFP, MBA

After several years of working as a professional musician, in 2006 Ivan began a career as a life insurance and investment advisor with a large Canadian Insurance company in Northern Ontario. Upon moving to British Columbia in 2008, Ivan worked in brokerage and banking and most recently, with a large Credit Union where he worked as a Financial Planner for seven years. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of New Mexico, a Master of Music from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico. Ivan has held the Certified Financial Planner designation since 2009.

In his spare time, Ivan enjoys playing the Cello and cycling around the Cowichan Valley where he lives with his wife and three children.
